 Construction and Paint changes 

Just a reminder that with the weather getting better, it is time to spruce the neighborhood up.  Before you paint, please check the approved list of exterior paint colors listed below.  Also, before any change of the existing color of your home or any construction may begin, you MUST fill out a Request for Architectural Compliance Modification form.  (If you don't have one you can click on the link above and the form will open in WORD format)  This form must be submitted to the association office with required attachments.  This application will be presented to the Board of Directors and it will be acted upon at that time.

If you have any questions about what attachments are required for whatever project you want to start, please call the Harrison & Lear office and speak to Cathy Merendino at 825-9100.  If the proper documents are not attached to your request or the form is not filled out completely, it will result in a delay in the approval of your project.

 Sherwin Williams is our new supplier of paint colors.  You will receive a discount on paint if you mention you are from Westview Lakes.  The colors listed below have been approved by the Board of Directors.  Additional paint color samples are available, but those will require authorization on an individual basis by the Board of Directors.

Community Extension Ladder

Please note that the Westview Lakes Homeowners Association assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY in the case of any accidents that might occur while using the ladder.

If the ladder is not returned, you will be assessed the replacement value of $150.  A sign-out form will be available for signature when the ladder is picked-up.  If you prefer, you can download the form and have it completed (but not signed)  before you pick the ladder up.  You must sign the form at the place of pick-up.

If you own a business that you would like to advertise please let us know.  I would like to start a "Want Ad" page to advertise community business persons so our neighborhood may utilize your services.  I for one would like to have the opportunity to select from someone in my neighborhood when I need a particular service.  Whether a handyman, painter, electrician, plumber, etc. to a CPA, Interior Designer, Secretary, Tupperware sales person, etc. we will list your service FREE OF CHARGE until you ask to have the ad removed.

I will post your business, including your logo.  Please email me what you would like to have appear on the advertisement.  Once posted I will email you back a temporary link to review your ad for your approval prior to publishing on our web site.
